Customer Reviews
Easy and pretty art
I was just browsing for something for our nursery and saw Still Novel. Their nursery wall art looked really cute. I picked out a Snapshot Birth Print. The whole ordering thing was super easy, didn't take long at all. When it got here, it looked just like it did online, which was a relief. It really ties the room together now. Pretty happy with it.
Good value for a first order
I was looking for a nice gift for my sister and found Still Novel. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was great. Ordered a Birth Stat Print for her new baby. The price felt fair with the discount, and the quality of the print seemed worth what I paid. Happy with the savings.
Quick delivery, nice print
Ordered a Minimalist Photo Art piece. It arrived in about a week. Quality was good, exactly as shown. No issues. Easy process.
Love my new print!
Oh my gosh, I just got my Storytelling Photo Print and it is absolutely perfect! The colors are so vibrant and the quality is amazing. It came packaged really nicely too, felt very special. I'm already thinking about what else I can get from here. Definitely shopping again soon, and telling everyone about Still Novel!
Pretty good, minor issue
I purchased a Custom Framed Print as a Mother's Day gift. The print itself was beautiful and the frame quality was solid. It shipped pretty quickly, arriving in about 6 days which was faster than I expected. My only small gripe was that the preview tool on the website could be a little more intuitive; it took a couple tries to get the photo positioned just right. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the archival paper quality. Overall, a positive experience and a lovely gift.
Detailed review of my Birth Stat Print
I decided to get a Birth Stat Print for my nephew, and overall, it was a solid experience. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I uploaded the photo and entered the details without much hassle. They did offer a preview, which was helpful to ensure all the birth information was correct. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt reasonable for a custom item. The print quality on the archival paper was excellent, very clear and the colors were true to what I saw on my screen. The packaging was sturdy, keeping the print safe during transit. I didn't need to contact customer support, so I can't speak to that, but the product itself was high quality and made for a really special gift. It felt durable and well-made. I would definitely consider them again for future milestone prints.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Can I use more than one promo code at checkout? I have a new customer one and a referral thing.
Hey, wondering how long shipping usually takes for Still Novel? I'm in NYC and want to get a birth stat print for a baby shower next month.
Are their prints really good quality? Like, will they last or fade over time? Thinking of getting a big one for the nursery.
Can you actually preview the custom prints before they ship? I'm worried about messing up the details on a birth announcement one.
What's the return policy like if I don't like my custom print? Seems tricky since it's personalized.
